Cupping Massage
Cupping uses suction or "Negative Pressure" to draw the skin and underlying muscle up into the glass cups. This reverse action works to free the tissue from thick adhesions quickly and painlessly. **WARNING** Cupping may lead to a reddening of the skin or bruising with may last a day or two.

Deep Tissue Massage
Like Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage is another popular form of massage therapy found across the world. While it's name can be misleading, Deep Tissue Massage is more about precision than pressure. Your massage therapist will target tight muscles and break down adhesions all while calming the nervous system and restoring balance. It's not uncommon to have an exercise-like soreness after receiving a Deep Tissue Massage, your body really is getting a workout!
