You will both receive a professional one hour massage from Licensed Massage Therapist, Donna Kopf. While one is on the table, the other has the unique opportunity to take notes, ask questions, and replicate massage strokes as the therapist demonstrates Swedish Massage techniques on their significant other. Massage is an instinctual act. Most couples massage each other in one
form or another. This personal use workshop will develop the skills you
already have. Reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and strengthen your
relationship with the magic of therapeutic massage!

2 Hour Prenatal Massage Workshop - $120

 Workshop Format:
Hour One:
Enjoy a professional one hour prenatal massage while your partner
observes. Learn the tips and tricks behind the technique. There are
several hands on opportunities to practice throughout the demonstration.
Hour Two: Learn "Quick Tips"
which are quick and easy massage techniques that can be done anywhere,
anytime without undressing and require no oil or extra equipment. "Quick Tips"can become incredibly useful for natural pain management during labor and delivery.
